Im just saying that most rappers can't even play one instrument.Its an embarrassment to the music industry and all accomplished musicians.

in my eyes rap is but not porn really all of my f*ckbuddies or past relationships loved porn but at the same time rap is not always degrading to women just most of the well known songs but alot of the older rap is actuall more sexually respectful

Desertspider, yes I like Justin Timberlake and Timberland. 50 cents Technology track does not consist of what I would term disparaging lyrics towards the female gendre.
Infact, my taste in music is selective and any track I find offensive will be eliminated.
I do not like hardcore lyrics, it is far more appealing to leave something to the imagination, unless one intends to make a living from porn, which is definately the route to premature aging and depression.

Yes, a lot of it is!! My son listens to the old school rap and some of it I like. But others I've heard, I tell him "turn it off it's degrading to women"...
