Whats the deal with FSN and Mickey not broadcasting after the semi-finals? The way they were going on last night it sounded like they were done period, as in no announcing next year either. Say it isn't so... is it just until next season starts? I was tired last night but it was confusing.

The popular and colorful Mickey Redmond has been the analyst on FSN Detroit’s coverage of Red Wings’ hockey since the network’s inception in 1997, and the 2007-08 season marks 22 seasons overall in the team’s television booth.
Known for his keen analytical observations of the game, Redmond’s broadcast resume also includes work on national telecasts for FOX Sports, ABC, ESPN, ESPN International and CBC.
Redmond played nine NHL seasons including five in Detroit, a stint that included two 50-goal seasons. He scored 52 goals and was an NHL First Team All-Star in 1972-73, followed by 51-goal season in 1973-74. Redmond began his career with the Montreal Canadiens and was traded to the Red Wings in January 1971.
