When it gets closer to the dates,we should check the long range forecast,and pick rain dates ahead of time.This way people would have some chance of changing their plans.

I have also posted a invitation on the event forum to try and get it out to more people. That was another great idea given to me by "snigowy". Thanks for the great idea and the help. If you think there is anything you might want to post to help get more people to get involved and come, please go right ahead.
