I think after each relationship we all higher our standards and makes it difficult to start dating someone again thinking it's going to turn out like the last one. I think we tend to go for the opposite of what we last had and then it turns out worse! How can you help but not be picky these days...especially when the picking is nil to none? We just have to sit back and wait for the right one now...and if it takes a while then we wait

Kjt, I understand what you are saying; but, I actually think that my expectations are now more realistic. I started out accepting who ever and what ever. I now know what I want....no longer a prince charming or someone perfect. Just someone to spend free time with.

I know I am picky, but I'm not willing to settle for anything less than the best. I guess that's why I'm still single. Been close to marriage twice, but it just never worked out.

Hasnt always been th case but, yeah, Im more picky now. Gotta be sum1 nice and must AT LEAST have relationship POTENTIAL... Not so picky about looks, size or age tho... When ur hoping 4 long term, that becomes less important. Looks fade and every1 puts on a few pounds over time...

I sometimes think I'm too picky, but hey, I've been there twice. I had the gold diggin' biatch the first time, and the soul mate the seconed time. Didn't take a genius to figure out which gal was better. So, yes, I want another good one. Even take a pretty good one.
