I have never cheated, if partner cheats they better already have their bags packed! If not packed, I will be more than willing to scatter it in the front yard for them.
this is clearly not love, and I don't care why.. there is no reason to cheat if you truly LOVE your Partner.
There are laws against cheating,, would be great if enforced! could you imagine how many new prisons would have to be built?!

What's the point in cheating back? Go to court with clean hands and get all you can. Six months later when either you've held onto all your stuff, or you got even more out of the other person, take that new sex buddy out on your spouse. Living well, is always the best revenge.

its not going to be even, ur spouse could have cheated on u with someone he or she likes a lot, someone they prefer to u. if u have been loyal and faithful, and have the respect of ppl who know u, where will u even find someone to cheat with?
getting a random onenite stand while ur spouse had a relationship would just leave u worse off and probably hating urself after ur anger cooled.

As someone whose spouse has cheated, mentally and emotionally if not technically physically (yet according to him) I can state that I will not stoop to that. It wouldn't accomplish anything at all. He doesn't and wouldn't care other than the posibility of using it against me in the custody battle. I would lose my self respect and dignity. Nope, its a lose-lose all the way around.
Am I crushed and would I enjoy feeling loved and wanted, especially now, sure, but to just go out and have an affair wouldn't heal those feelings anyway and would just end up giving me a whole bunch more to worry about or feel guilty about or dwell on.

The best revenge you can get on a cheater is to let the other woman have your man. He wasn't worth having, and pretty soon the other woman will know it too.
Or you can bake him cookies with ex lax in them, you can let all the air out of his tires and blame it on the neighorhood kids, you could replace his Viagra with Estrogen pills for women going through menopause, you could throw out all of his underpants and replace them with furry thongs.....
