I have measured my ex honeys. We were together for over 8 yrs. I used a tape you use for sewing...8 inches long. and get this.and I am not kidding 8 1/2 in round....It was too big to put my mouth around for any length of time...actually too big, I would say a bit smaller is more functional...not too much smaller though...

Circumfrence = Pi x d(iameter)
d = C/Pi
d = 8.5/3.1416
d = 2.7056 inches = thickness
A BigMac is about 3" high just to put it in perspective

used a tape for sewing measure around it and the tape said 8 1/2. So to me that says 8 1/2 around right?
