I prefer natural and hairy, but enjoying oral as much as I do appreciate the practical aspect of smooth (and not getting distracted with a hair on the tongue like.) But think a big thick dark patch of of pubic hair attracts the eyes better than smooth shaven does.

My only question is where did this idea that shaved equates to neatness or cleanliness? Pubic hair actually plays very specific roles in the cleanliness and genital health of a woman as well as acting as a secondary lubricant during intercourse. While I do not pretend to have the right to tell any one else what to do with there bodies, it seams fairly absurd that, cleanliness is some how disassociated with the way the body was meant to function.

I don't like a woman bald down below. She has to have a landing strip, or something else like I mentioned. A little bush is ok from time to time as well, but not 1970's porn bush!

On men hair in that region can cause chafing, as well as infections near the inner thighs around the scrotum as well as in the testicles themselves.
So yes, it is a Hygienic issue.

So i have asked my gyno about this. For one, it is very very bad for your skin down there to take a razor to it on a regular basis. You might not see it right away but when you get older...Second, good hygiene cannot be substituted by shaving. Whether you do or don't wack the hair, bathing is essential. If you find that you love the womanly look of having hair, you will also find that bathing more than usual or using a feminine wash will keep you clean and fresh. If you shave, you are also making that skin more vulnerable to bacteria from the environment and your partner. It is a completely personal choice, but it is definitely not natural for a person to want to look at a potential sex partner and be turned on that they are bald like a child. BTW I also like men with hair but I wouldn't say no if he was shaved. If my potential partner has a fetish for child like vagina, I will offer for him to shave it himself and its both enjoyable and they get to see that its not easy to do.
