He is more important to me than sex....we were way drunk and it kinda happened..he said he liked it could we keep being friends but with benifits i didnt see a problem cuz we both liked it

Leave him alone for a bit. He might just be busy. Or who knows maybe he fell in love with you and is trying to wrap his mind around it. Just relax give him time he will come back, they always do.

Not true it may have ruined it for the rest of their lives. Unless you are willing to chance never seeing your friend again than don't cross that line. My friend is more important than sex. And to the girl I am quoting what happens when you fall in love and cut sex off completely come back and tell use how that works out. I have a friend that I have sex with I've know for the same length of time but he is not my best friend I don't tell him everything like I do my best friend.

my bff since age six....is still my bff of 30 plus yrs. we have been together several times over the yrs. he is beyond all doubt my soulmate. we love each other in a way no one else can ever get close to. for us...we always knew it would go there but we didnt plan on life keeping us from making the total commitment. he is on second marriage and im with someone. and we are still us....strong as ever.
so to answer your question, give him time to process where the relationship has been, is now, and where he wants it to go. text and tell him u miss him but respect his need for time and space. let him know how important he is to u and that u will be there when hes ready to talk.
