Could you provide a few more clues?
What sort of cuisine, what foods, what style(s) of cooking...like that.
Do you slow-cook pigs in a smoker?
Do you use fire pits?
How about spits?
The good old American charcoal grill?
How about a fire pit, something to brown marshmallows on skewers?
Maybe just a George Foreman grill?
At this point, I can only suggest a few basic things.
-Fire extinguisher.
-A level area, out of the prevailing wind, where you can work.
