Uh, very few women do much of anything, with strangers. A lot of what is said about women, are complete myths.
Take for example the "idea", back in the late 70's and early 80's, that you could just walk up to a woman and ask if she wanted to f**k.
Women are emotional creatures, however the complexity is that they see themselves intellectually and socially, also.
Thus, you might see or understand their emotion, but then they're looking at your intellect and social grouping also. And your physique. Which of course, comes first.
Women who do much of anything with strangers, have little or no social life and because that's what they truly crave, give in to an impulse to be wanted.

1. Some guys can't separate reality from delusions. I know a few who always think their woman is cheating. Even if she were chained to a stove pipe...he'd be paranoid that she might 'think' of another guy. Sadly, it's a relatively common mental illness.
2. Some men LIE about having been 'blown'. Sometimes it's about trying to make himself look studly. Maybe he's really just trying to pick a fight with some other guy. Maybe he's just a pathological liar. Could be, he's hoping to simply break a couple up so he can later try to move in on the former bull's turf. Who knows why, but the point is...90% of the time, the lady is innocent and has no clue she can blow 30 people all at once while she's working 2 jobs and busting her butt to be a stable and sane person.
3. It's true, a few women exist who have fetishes and prefer to practice them with strangers. It could be anything from a mental/emotional problem, to a carefully calculated fetish. It might also be a 'profession'...and it would stand to reason that a lady might not like to mix business with relationships. Think about it...if you were a porn star who spends most of a day getting gagged, handled, and poked...the last thing you'd wanna do for R & R would be giving head.
While number 3 is possible, issues 1 and 2 are by far more of the norm. It may even be a workable hypothesis that issues 1 and 2 were manifested by spending too much time spending hard earned money observing the extreme minority of professional women who earn a living creating largely fictional images/fantasies for the adult entertainment industry.

I actually have to agree with you. The women replying here are obviously not that trashy so that's why they don't believe you, or don't understand why. It's because some women just need sex or wanna suck and they don't want anyone they know to know they are a slut, so they chose a stranger. Also there is no risk of "ruining" a friendship, and no risk of feeling awkward everytime they see you.
Plus if she really wants you for a ltr she won't suck you off or let you hit (because it ruins that ltr viability), but will get slutty instantly with another guy.

Actually, I have a serious answer to this.
The reason why some people DO go the whole TEN yards with a relative stranger, while putting their official partner through all sorts of restrictions, is that the stranger represents freedom and excitement to them, while the official partner represents aging, and responsibility, and obligation, and captivity.
The reason they enjoy the stranger is BECAUSE they know it's meaningless and that they wont have to deal with anything later.
It's a sign that they are mentally unhinged, too, unfortunately, so don't bother to stay with someone who is doing that.
Eventually, most people who do that dump both the strangers AND the steady, and convince themselves that yet ANOTHER new person embodies everything they really wanted all along.
