You need to realize this problem isn't with stuck up women. Its more likely your own insecurities that drive them away. You need to build your confidence and quit trying to blame woman for your inadequecies. Then you will find someone who wants to be with you..You can't make a woman like you out of guilt, that will just make them run faster.

Yeah, some women in New Mexico are stuck up, but so what? TONS of girls are stuck up. I don't care if a girl is stuck up when i approach them. But, then again, I am a bit of an ass, so it doesn't really affect me. Most men in New Mexico, (ESPECIALLY in Albz) are worse. I lived in downtown Albuquerque for a while, and i could see these BEAUTIFUL women walking to some club or a restaurant, and a group of ugly, pompous middle aged men wearing raggedy clothes would stare at her, whistle, or just say rude things. So it's a 50/50 type thing.
I just wish there were more SINGLE women in Albuquerque =(.

I don't know where these women are that you have been meeting but not all Alb women are stuck up, I grew up there and thats where I hang out with friends the majority of the time, usually if a woman is acting stuck up its cuz the man is tryin' to be a player. 9 times out of 10 though the woman is just waiting for the guy to make a move cuz she is to shy to do it herself.

I think women are like that not because they want to seem stuck up, they may be really nice women on the inside once you get to know them. They have to come off as beign stuck up because of all the jerks in this town that has mistreated them. it seems like this town has a problem with women beign abused, and it all has to do with how you are raised and what you saw from your parent( if you had any) women just want to be treated nice and to be talked to, once you get that b*tch -to good attitude off her face and start talking to her(if she talks)

At least spell correctly if you're going to be rude. It gives you some credibility. I am only stuck up if you are crude, use filthy speech, or show in some way that my time isn't worth listening to you spout. On the other hand, I'm a native, and have known true cowboys all of my life. I hunt, shoot competitively and like men who are gentlemen. If you think women are stuck up here, you are welcome to, uh, MOVE... Or check out how your actions and speech are getting the results you see.

ROFLMAO!!!!!!!!!!!!! I signed up to this site and I have to say, the people in New Mexico are the nicest people ever ...I fell in love with all of you guys there!!! I keep coming back and looking for a second /vacation rental there for myself..I love Near North Valley...Hacienda Antigua is the best...And I made friends with all the people I meet on my trips there...If you want to know where the stuck up people are, come to MY TOWN...LOS ANGELES IS A VERY STUCK UP TOWN...I had an old Audi..nobody looked twice at me...and I'm blonde btw..I got a Mercedes last year, and now all the guys stare as do girls with envy ...I'm not stuck up, just stuck here!!!! That's why I want out so badly..After traveling many places in my 20's and early 30's I realized that NM is really where I want to settle down..I like everything, except the food..which is good, cuz i need a diet trick or two to work for me when i eventually get there!!!

Okay, I'm just going to clarify and clear the air on this site...as for New Mexico citizens..it seems to me, when I travel there every other year, I meet people who love me. Maybe it's b/c you can tell I'm not from there, and I got the "valley girl LA thing going" on..but honestly, I think if you stay away from the MALLS, most people are nice...wherever you find you are at, just be nice, you'd be surprised how people will respond..I always say hello to my neighbors or if i'm on a hike, most people ignore me or have ipod on....but not always...just saying it's all relative to the person you are too....like attracts like ....and sometimes, we attract asses for no apparent reason...I LOVE NEW MEXICO..Can anyone tell me what the big teams are there??? Are there any??? Brandie.

We got a football team the Lobos, basketball, the Thunderbirds, and hockey, the Scorpions. I thinks those are mentionable.
I moved here from NY, 10 years ago, so yeah it was a big change for me.
I think I know how you feel, coming from LA. But I like it here, you get used to it.

Its not that women are stuck up its just that WE, both men and women, have ruined our relationships and act accordingly. Since we've been kids we've seen lying cheating and every other indecretion. After seeing so much lying and cheating and heartache, men and women have become hyper sensitive and untrusting. SO women may act stuck up but may just be shwoing the walls that they have put up, but men have done the same. Putingt up walls and a false bravado to keep from getting hurt.
WOMEN and MEN need to stop the "battle of the sexes," and start treating each other with some respect. Stop lying and bullshitting each other and playing games. But since WE wont grow up, well have these bullshit psudo relationships until we do.
