I am a recent widow. I have a Basset Hound and a Parrot. Right now I am in a cloud and a bit of a hermit (which I was never like before) since my husband got cancer over a year ago and passed away early 2011.
Some of the things I like to do is ride on the back of a motorcycle to anywhere for no reason at all. Have a few beers at a shot and a beer kinda bar. Watch the fireworks on the 4th of July. Go out for dinner and then a movie. I also love to shop on QVC, Amazon and eBay.
I love my animals very much, and consider them my family. I have been called a clean freak and am proud of it. I like my house and anything I own to be clean.
I have many interests, I still haven't discovered all of them yet. I love to do research online about almost anything. All I have to do is see a word an article or a person that interests me and I will research it to learn more. If anything good came out of my husbands cancer was all the medical research I did on his cancer. I have always wanted to be a doctor and maybe one day I'll go back to school to study medicine.
I like to watch TV, but most of the things I watch have to teach me something or make me laugh my a** off, otherwise I will lose interest.
I'm very organized and have never lost my keys in my entire life, but old age is setting in so who's to say what tomorrow will bring......LOL. I have a sarcastic sense of humor, and I am honest to a fault. I expect the same from the person I am dating.
I'm not here for a one night stand or for a fling. If you're married, don't have an income, a car or don't have a picture on your profile DO NOT EMAIL ME. As I will not reply.
I'm a person with a BIG HEART and try to help out people that are less fortunate then I. But don't try to take advantage of me, piss me off or stab me in the back.
