The world is spinning and I can't find the ground! by whisperingrays at 10/24/2015 6:27:23 PM Ever wonder if your world will stop spinning around you long enough for you to find the ground and brace yourself before it starts spinning again? I have felt this way often lately and it makes managing my life very difficult. It seems the daily events require much more of me than I have available and before I can take care of one demand another issue presents, and then another and another. Before I know it, I can hardly see straight and I can't find the ground that's supposed to be beneath my feet! How do you focus upon the truest of importance when you can't decipher up from down and everything blurs together? How can I find my footing when there appears to be no base? Shake my head, take a cold eye opening shower, get drunk, or what?????

jimnastics	10/24/2015 9:24:24 PM Getting drunk won't solve anything and may end up making things even worse. Life is a continuous problem solving experience. Learn to enjoy it. There ARE solutions. Instead of writing down what you like & dislike (you can do that too later), write down what all the problems are and order them in top urgency. Then, write down what the steps needed are to solve each problem under each problem. Then just check off the steps as you complete them and you will conquer your problems. You CAN do it !
oldfoxy	10/24/2015 9:51:00 PM tend to have got a little calmer of the calamertys, like car stops, washing machine stops and full of water, lights go out, ect,. ect,. but what blows my top is a bloody mouse that gets into a draw full of clothes and makes a nest, yes laugh such a tiny thing can cours havec, but the world dosent stopspinning love, its a new day tomorrow,
resolvin_mind	10/25/2015 12:54:02 AM Breathe, maybe meditate, talk a detox bath(which definately can relax the mind and body), writing and/or blogging helps to release your thoughts. Confide ib a clise and trusted friend, prayer helps if you believe in a higher power....but most importantly know that thete will be hard days.....there will also be Sunny days!!! Hope you can find whatever helps you get through.
