I've found this site to be of the three truly free dating sites out there the worst of them all. When I was on before when I lived in Georgia, the dating prospects weren't very good, but the state group page was busy as ever with gatherings at least once a month. Here, the dating prospects aren't very good and the forums are nearly empty and gatherings are seemingly non-existent.

Been here about 6 months (in Nebraska) and I am finding there is not a whole lot here. I know how to use a gun and am a NRA member but don't hunt, I tie trout and fishing flies but don't fish, I love to body surf (grew up in San Diego) and watch people enjoying the beach (bikini clad bodies) but there is no ocean; and I have trapped myself into a 2 year obligation to be here...AARGH!
But then, back to the beach

Why only post in one state? I mean I live where I live, but if I find someone right, I guess will move then or they will have to move in with me, whatever works.
I've seen some profiles, on other websites before and it says they only want to meet people with in 50 miles of where they live. It's no surprise that they can't find someone good.

Also If you didn't know cuts my wrist and black my eyes... is a lyric for hawthorne heights ohio is for lovers. They are coming out with a new album called zero and yes they are going on tour this year, and if I'm not working I'm going to see them. They will be in St. Paul or Kansas City.
