He's a great place to list your recent canning experiences.....
I''l start it off:
This rainy Sunday morning, my kitchen produced 21 quarts of picked Okra (yes, I like it a lot), some spicy, some quite spicy and 4 quarts of mild for the timid.
Looking forward to first frost 'cause the tomatoes will be cheap and goal this year is 10 gallons of various colors, recipes and degrees-of-spice salsa. Sounds like a lot, but of 7 gallons last year, 4 were gifted, begged and hinted
Please share your canning accomplishments. Recipes are MOST welcome!
