Cause its pretty much the middle of the state, lotsa fatmers & ranchers frm all ovr go 2it, plus lots of 4Hr kids & all their show animals, hutch is a good spot for it, theres a major hospital, walmart, hotels, all kinds of restaurants etc

1st & foremost everyone of those tate Fair this or that should be kicked out of the meeting STAT! Gottahalk has been the main reason the Kansas State Fair is far & away ranked 50th out of 50 for the last 30 years as Prezawhatadensefukhead! Jesus H.Christ On a brighter note we did jump in the rankings in 2012 we got bumped to 49 right after The Gov. of MI made it LAW that The MI State Fair will get 0.0% of MI tax Dollars & 100% of the MI State Fair Revenue will go to fund different MI projets that are overbudget! To bad too, as The MI State Fair was the oldest State Fair in The US by a 2 year margin! The KS State Fair needs to either be moved to the Salina area I 70 & 35 juntion
