 ..This would take a whole thread..Im naturally clumsy..
One in particular..
Was on a double date, cousin was driving his Dad's car. I was dropped off first at the end of the night. Stopped along the curb outside my house, and there was a "No Parking" Sign there..
I climbed out, gave my date a quick kiss, told everyone goodbye..Shut the door, turned around took a step and walked right into the damn sign.. Knocked off my hat, and everything..I picked up my hat and started to walk away like nothing happend (trying to play it cool like)...till I heard everyone laughing..Good memory..
Ever been embarassed in public..what happened..??

My daughter just learning martial arts, I was traning her, we were in downtown Iowa city. And this guy walks up and starts talking to us. She asked him if he wanted to see her do karate and he said yes next thing I know he is on the ground holding his leg asking for me to call an ambulance.. I laughed at him and told him to get up but he couldn't she fractured a bone in his leg... I sat at the hospital for 9 hours for I guy I didn't even know...Because I felt bad and embarrased that my lil girl hurt someone..

Usually someone or something here on DH or Facebook that I interact with. Sometimes its my best friend, we still stay in touch. One of us can make the other burst out into laughter..

I do have to do lists. I have so many lists, I have to leave notes reminding me where the lists are. I have a list on the radio in the kitchen and each time any of my kids come around, they have to read it and choose something to do from it. They do very well and things are being completed.

I love omelettes any meal. I have had pancakes for supper. Mike, my deceased husband, was very rigid about breakfast foods were only for breakfast. So one day I wanted baked Apple pancake and bacon for dinner. I made him sometime else. He grumbled the whole time. It made me giggle.

I enjoy seeing the snow, but I prefer not to drive in it anymore..Used to drive truck, and had to go no matter what the weather was like..
No, I dont have anyone on Facebook that I do not want to know anymore..If I did, I would just un-friend them, and block them if need be. I do have some people blocked, that I dont want poking around in my life anymore..

Common intrests, even if she may have a different view on something. Its cool to learn to look at things in another light. Somone thats independant, but enjoys the company of another. perfect significant - someone who breathes , willing to partner in life, I do not believe in perfection someone who is willing to try,
I have and will go on adventures that take me out of my comfort zone, i.e. traversed Mount Kilimanjaro. Sometimes just living each day to its fullest can take me outside of my comfort zone. I remember learning to use the 'L' in Chicago to go to university downtown. That was not only a logistical experience but a cultural experience. I had been to sheltered.

I like Sundays when my family is around. (until the small children start running and fighting with each other) Going out for lunch or a movie with friends.
Like living in the country, waking up to the birds singing, going to sleep hearing the peeper frogs and usually everything in between.
My life has gotten more simple over the years and that is a blessing. If there is something that makes me unhappy, I have learned that I do not need it and I can walk away easily.
