My neice's name is Britney... So probably wont be going with that one! lol
I personally like tradional names. I named my son, Christopher Thomas.
Im also a Jane Austin fan which is why I was orriginally leaning towards Emma. And Marie is a family name as well.
But I have been thinking my younger sister's middle name is Diane, and she probably wont ever have kids. So I was thinking of using Diane as a middle name as well, in a sort of tribute to her.
So just as an fyi, I like traditional names that mean something relative.
For example my name, ANNA means grace. And in the bible she was a widow and the 1st prophetess who recognized Jesus as the Messiah when He was brought into the Temple (Luke 2:36-38).

what about the name jo ann now thats a old name. hey vault ya know what my brother's name is ???? his name is issaac carl james henry stevens. when he went into service he just sighned his first name and inital all the rest. i asked my mom how come ike has so many names and she said well the dr. was drunk and when he was sighning the birth certificate he put all the names he heard on his certificate. i laugh every time mom tells me that.

When I was pregnant my aunt said we should name my son William James Joseph Robert and call him Billy Joe Jim Bob. A girl version of that would be Willhimena Jamesha Josephina Roberta! That will give you your girl name that can be shortened into guy... names.

LOL I knew the MOntana would put you off - it did bring the name back from fuddy duddy tho. There is no shortening it to anything. I liked it cause it was Anna with some H on either end! Not that you'd raise a lil hell or anything.....
Roseanna then 3 sylables, old style name, worst it could be shortened to is Rose, and that's pretty.
Imogene, another 3 sylables and uncommon.
