 If that is the case, I want to be back where it's colder so I can get more snuggles...this sucks ....what is better than getting affection from the one you are with...and best of all it's free!

I am def a fan of cuddling but I was born and raised in the North. But the heat of the South makes no difference to me I still love to cuddle

It can get in the 100s here so it's not the heat. My 1st X was raised and lived in Cali. My 2nd X was raised and lived in Mass and my 2nd X was less cuddly than the 1st. Maybe he was just full of more hot air

You kidding me? I see so many people out in public..holding hands, kissing, even have sex...I saw someone once..ugh...lol...and I am a very cuddly person. You shouldn't compare the north and the south..thats how wars get started! LOL

Are you kiddin' me?!?? Hell! We southerners are VERY affectionate people. That kinda..ummm...HURTS    ! ()
Seriously, yes, I may be VERY partial to my fellow southerners [especially my fellow Tarheels(!) ()], but..DAMN! We ARE affectionate people!
I LOVE to hug, kiss, hold hands, etc.--even IN public. Ok--so, I draw the line at tonsil hockey (), but OTHER than THAT..  .
DEFINITELY an affectinate person, in general.
My sister's kinda "standoffish" when it comes to affection/showing it, which has ALWAYS bothered me..*sigh*.
I just chalk it up to my DAD's side of the fam. (i.e. yes, they live in FL, but SOME of them are NOT known for showing affection! It's like pulling teeth/takes a REAL effort!)--his birth mother was born in Duluth, MN, so...with THAT part of his family..definitely NOT affectionate/overly affectionate people !
Frustrating as HELL, but..oh well...guess it's a midwestern thing .
(Or, just a "non-southern" 'thing'..(?))
Sorry..I really do NOT mean to generalize..it just bugs me, to say the least. And actually hurts my feelings if there's no reciprocating affection..regardless of it's in re: to fam, friends, a partner..
