I'm very commited, even though I have been sidetracked every so often. I lost 5 inches on my waist, and 32 lbs. From just coming from a wedding, I received so many compliments, and I haven't looked this good in my suit. My quads, butt, and arms were actually sculpting the clothes. Feels real good, man, real good... Gotta keep pushin some more...

Very committed to my goals and take working out and getting into shape VERY seriously. Just switched to a three day split to get the most of my workouts and to maximize on some of my favorite lifts, particularly the bench press, squats, deadlifts, and military presses.....gamer

I have to admit that with the holiday season in full bloom, I am a bit guilty of being a little softer on my workouts! with all the food and the alcohol, December is going to
be a very difficult month!

Tried it. Sore as hell the whole week after just one workout. And this was after I had done my initial workouts for the week. Good workout, but you can't have any prior workouts and expect not to be sore.......gamer

I stick to my priorities; School, work, family, working out. As for the smaller stressful situations, I procrastinate a bit before I get to it.

I am committed to staying relatively fit. I left power lifting behind me because all it ever did was make me strong in the gym and sore out of it.

Current regiment :

- 2x a week : 100 burpees. Squat hands to the ground, kick back into a push up position, do a full push up, kick your feet back in, and jump out of the bottom as high as you can. I usually break it up into sets of 10-12 reps and take 60-90 seconds rest between sets. Brutal on the heart and lungs, and after 100 push-ups and squats, my arms and legs are jelly.

- 1x a week : Sprints at the track : Sprint the straight away, walk the corner. Do this for 20-30 minutes.

- 25 Pull Ups on off days.

Abs are made in the kitchen not the gym. Remember you have to eat calories to burn calories. It's finding the right foods. Circuit training is the best. Did you know for one 16oz of soda you have to drink 32 glasses of water to clens it out your system...Food for thought.
