1) If something new is CREATED, the previous whole has EVOLVED to now include it.
2) If something EVOLVES from point A to point B, whatever is 'new' at point B - has been CREATED - by the PROCESS!

You've reconciled the concepts with a creative and valid interpretation of the words. But you don't address the fact that creationists presuppose a motivated creator with a plan whereas evolution requires nothing but the tendency of organizing systems to predominate when given sufficient available energy.
