First off op....if you are there with her, you should be able to assess the complete situation and figure it out.
Observation, logic, communication...etc....all lead to the answer.
We aren't there, we have no idea on an exact situation.
It can mean they were terribly diappointed, to a host of things.
but generally this happens if its been a while and especially if they had great sex and orgasmed and its been a while since that.
It can be what my last sentense said with the culmination of some emotional release for the intimacy thrown in.

I don't cry, I just don't and I actually consider that a flaw of mine. But I can count a few, and one was the first time my ex husband and I made love, and another many years later the first time we had non-birth control sex because we had decided that we wanted to actually make a child together.
Sex should be powerful, emotion filled, passionate. If your lover sheds a few tears, you should be in tune with that and ask why it happened, or be astute enough to know. If it's a bull-crap one night stand? Then you should know the reason for tears as well and pick your one night stands more wisely in the future.

I've cried before..not often but it's happened.
