I've been taking it for 2 days so far and am feeling more energized and not feeling tired or sleepy throughout the day, it has curved my appetite, too, but I still make myself eat. It says to take 3 a day but I only take 2 for now. Know anyone that has had good results with this?

If you are looking for long term results, no. Lessens appetite, boosts energy, rapid weight loss (dehydration)... how do they do it? The same way every other diet pills does it, CAFFEINE. Caffeine does all of those things. So, as soon as you stop dumping caffeine into your body all of those things will come to a screeching halt and actually start to be reversed. Also, I might add... how do people still fall for this? HYDROxycut... it tells you right in the name what its going to do. Cut water weight. It really is that simple. Real solution, daily multivitamin, 500 calorie deficit per day, excercise plan. No magic pills. Hope this helps.

I have tried multivitamins, they just made me hungrier and cause of the other medicines I have to take it was affecting me, making me sick. I have tried other diet pills in the past but they all had their bad side effects. I do drink lots of water and gatorade so, I shouldn't have a problem with dehydration. I just do what I think is best for me and whatever works for me, if I do develop any probs with it then I'll quit taking it. Thank you for your opinion. I appreciate it.

I only took the hydroxycut for 5 days, it did get me to moving, I been walking everyday and it's been 2 weeks, I lost 8 lbs when I checked woohoo! I guess I'll only take it if I can't get to moving or in a slump, that's what my prob was, not up moving enough and didn't have enough energy to. I look to really keep it up, I have noticed I am slimming down more, boy I can't wait to get back into my smaller clothes. haha just wanted to update I just don't get why I was sick all summer unless it's just that I can't take the heat, I have no clue, oh well, at least I'm feeling better now!

I took it but didn't have the same affects of curbing my appetite or giving me energy. What has helped me so far us taking vitamin D and frying a B12 shot at the doctors office because I was not getting enough. Plus eating right and portion control seems to be helping more than any if the diet pills I have tried.

I only take it when I feel I really need it now. I'm not taking anything except for the few prescribed meds I'm on. I have inclined the treadmill which is helping to burn alot of calories. I also do a few thigh and ab exercises and lift weights. Keep yourself moving from morning til evening, eat small portions, add up on the protein and oats, oat bars help alot! get a good 20-40 minutes in of exercise a day. Get some good sleep is all I can say that helps, too.

Its legal speed. For all intents and purposes... Not psychometh speed, but very like amphetamine/adderall in effects and results
YEAH it works... But it crashes hard every 5 hours, it CAN keep you up 5 or more days nonstop if repeated every 4 hours, and it is hella addictive.
Withdrawals and all.

I have used it in the past (and I would use it again). It makes you NOT hungry so that you can cut your calories and lose the weight.
I hear that these sorts of things are not healthy so you may not want to use it for any lengthy period of time. The Green Tea appetite suppressant is cheaper so I buy that now (if I need it).
Water also cuts your appetite. Also, drinking herbal green tea is suppose to curb your appetite as well.

I tried hydroxycut hardcore, and I lost 7lbs in a week but after my 5th day I started feeling funny. Started having a tightness in my chest. Also it kept me in the bathroom! I recently found out tht they've removed this particular type of hydroxycut frm shelves! I'm actually starting the caffiene free version tomorrow. I'll post results in a week! Another really good weight loss product is the 3ballerina caffiene free green tea. Now that stuff really does work!

Yeah I found out it isn't, I just quit taking it, don't like to stay up and not get any sleep. I did however lose 30lbs since last year but eating smaller portions and eating right and exercising, lifting weights, doing cardio, running treadmill, taking walks outside, working my butt off! I want to buy me a dance video and get started on that. I still have some ways to go but I'm going to do it. I replaced soda pop with water, of course I never really drank that much pop but still yet I notice a difference. I make sure I have my oatmeal, yogurt, kshake, some fruit and vegetable for a snack, or a plain popsicle, in the evening, whatever is made like such as a pizza, only 1 or 2 slices, no more than that. I also limited meat and dairy, only once in a great while, dairy if any cause my skin usually breaks out from it. So no pop, no chips, no candybars, if I have a bar, it's a luna bar, those things are great! especially if you're on the go, cause 1 just fills ya up!

It doesn't really, bad side effect is it keeps you up so you can't sleep, I did not gain after I quit taking it, just changed my whole diet. I used to take Stackers and they did make me lose weight remarkably but I never slept and I felt as if I could kill someone, I had so much energy I did not know what to do with it. I have tried other diet pills, I think they are all fads! Best thing to do is discipline yourself on how much you eat and what you eat and keep your butt moving, get plenty of sleep.
