I like a woman that likes getting muddy fishes hunts canoes camps hikes doesn't worry about make up natural beauty  jeans tee shirt is what she's most comfortable in but likes to put on a dress and make up once in a while even if its just to go for dinner she gets a chance to dress up a little and look and feel like a lady

I like a woman to be herself, no preference as to if she calls herself athletic or prissy. If she bait her own hook or put a log on the fire when it needs one, I'm good with that...I will say its nice when she feels like getting dolled up for a night out sometimes too.

I don't think so. I am the ultimate tomboy, I like the outdoors, fishing, and unfortunatly y'all know I am always working or trying to fix something on my truck. I have shoulders most guys want and am stronger than a lot of them, and I won't apologize or deny my genetics, it is what it is.
...contrary to the lifestyle I am kinda forced to lead. I do enjoy wearing a dress, used to wear them all the time. Since I have had kids I have not really had the funds to really shop for clothes, I had to choose between jeans for work for work, clothes for the girls or a dress I never really had occation to wear since I would never go out, and still don't for the most part. DH events are the only real outings I have had in around 15 years. So my closet is mostly jeans and t-shirts. If I was on that show, What Not To Wear, they would throw everything I had away. But until then, it's the only choices I have. Also one of the big reasons I quit going to church, haven't found a church since I lived in NC that understood why the girls were in cute stuff and the mom had nothing but jeans.
...it is true, I don't like messing with all the bullshit of being a prissy chick. As Amy says,I got shit to do. When I have shit to do I'm gonna be in jeans and a t shirt, like it or not, but I do like to every now and then.

@ Kelly, Try Unity as far as churches are concerned. You'll see folks dressed in all sorts of ways. They just want people to come to church.

I've visited quite a few churches in the last year and women wear jeans at every one of them. When I was growing up and the church I attended growing up....women had to wear dresses. Matter of fact the first college I attended I had to wear dresses to class. I guess I got tired of it. I'm all about jeans now. I do wear dress pants and blouses to church now though. I just prefer to do things that are athletic and I enjoy stuff guys do. I am not one that likes to shop or go have my nails done. I'm really not sure what most women like to do. I get along better with men for the most part.

this is what i am like. I wear scrubs to work, blue jeans when i am off and dress up for church or a special dinner out. I love all outdoor activities and most sports but know how to look like a lady when i need too. makeup only occurs occassionly. i think a women can be both!

I am a makeup girl and rarely go out in public without makeup. But I wear my makeup well when fishing, camping, etc. js
I also think u can dress sexy without wearing a dress. I hate dresses!!

I love walking in mud, letting squish between my toes. I love jeans and tees. I just like feminine cut clothes. But unfortunately I just wear what I can afford these days.

It takes a woman to know another woman....and honestly, there is either trust or fear and ya'll know what I'm talking about. However, it is the measure of a woman based upon her characteristics of the SAME things we look for in men, SUCH AS: Honesty, Compassion, Understand, Humility, and it doesn't matter if the woman is athletic, girlie, punk, shy, big, little, timid, obnoxious....
At some point, you have to stop categorizing and measure the characteristics of another....j/s

Crust
1 package oreo's, crushed
3 Tablespoons butter, melted
Mix. Press into 9 X 13 pan. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes. Cool.
Filling
2 (3 oz.) boxes French Vanilla pudding
2 Tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 large cool whip
1 Hershey bar, shaved
Cook pudding according to package directions. Pour over crust and chill until set. Miz sugar, vanilla and Cool Whip, cover pudding once cooled. Top with hershey bar shavings. Keep chilled.
I never use the whole hershey bar, just shave it over the top until it looks like enough.
I use the instant pudding cause I would probably burn the cook style. and vanilla oreos would be gross I think unless maybe you used chocolate pudding. I can't cook.

"Athletic" is not exactly what you are describing...I love outdoor stuff, but would NEVER describe myself as athletic. I am not into sports and I am very clutzy. I my clothes are very feminine and I wear makeup almost everyday. I am what I am, someone doesn't like it, they are not the one for me.

My mother taught me that ALL women have something beautiful, respectable and admirable. I don't prefer one TYPE over another.
A woman can be who she is and be attractive to me for many reasons. If her interests and mine aren't immediately compatible, hopefully we can both be open minded enough to learn something new.

Good question....I've never been the prissy kind....I was a tom boy growing up, and played sports in high school. I HATE WEARING DRESSES and was married in jeans way back in the 90s. I clean up nicely I dress nice when I go out, though it's cowgirl boots, jeans and a button up shirt, that's me! That's who I am. I am all woman, but I'm not a prissy girl, and if a guy wants the sundress with 5 inch heels, it's not gonna be me wearing them, so hope he enjoys wearing the shoes and remembers to shave his legs for the dress.....

I disagree!!!! I traveled the country playing softball but most everyone I knew back then couldn't tell when meeting me out. I priss but can't hold my own on or off the field. It's not about looks that make a girl a girl... It's how you use what ya got! Jmo
