That is not the case all of the time some people that have no pic up on their profile either can't due to job or the pic wont upload due to using a iphone. Granted there are scumbags out there that ruin it for others. That part I agree with u.

i have no pic, however its in my profile what my situation is, and when any women have contacted me,I have been upfront with them. I do agree there are plenty of losers with no pics, but not everyone is one of them.

In my case, I'm too ugly for people to look at. I will send a picture if the lady is interested in what I have written on my profile. I have been taken advantage of, financially and emotionally, by people looking at my picture.

Pardon me, justmejim57, but may I ask you something? Thanks.
Where does it say in the DH rules that it is mandatory to: 1) post any profile pic if the member doesn't want to; 2) that there is any requirement on the age of the posted pic; 3) or does the rule say: - Face must be visible for main photo
- Nudity = profile deleted and banned?
Now here's my big question. Based on your post, if a member posts a pic from any time period, of themselves, are they being dishonest? What does honesty have to do with posting a current pic on an open website?
How current, and honest are your profile pics, justmejim57? Does that fake lake background count in the scheme of being honest?

Actually, Wes ... the invisible profiles are worse than the profiles with no pics. At least with the no pic profiles one may view the profile and get some sort of feeling about the person posting the profile. ... just saying

i agree with OP,,, no pic means if you message me you'd best be prepared to give a photo in private message. but what OP is talking about is that even then they dont want to give a pic, they dont' want to be seen because they are MARRIED, SEPARATED or LIVING WITH SOMEONE. to think otherwise is being stupid. so stop with the iphone excuses and b.s. the truth is that if you dont have a pic your not probably not going to get a response from someone who isnt' married, separated or living with someone.

I didn't hgave one the first two years I was on this sight. It wasn't because I was fake. I was using someone else's computer to begin with. Then, I couldn't figure out how. Even when I didn't have a picture, I told people where I had some previously posted so they would know I was not hiding.

I messaged someone who had no pic, but had a really nice profile. When I asked him why he had no pic, his answer was (I'm serious) because he was married and looking for a mistress. Funny how he forgot to mention that in his profile!!!!

That's the reason for asking questions during initial contact emails. The member is still the responsible person for separating the wheat from the chaff. Having a posted pic, or not, wouldn't, necessarily, mean the person was married or unattached. Most members who have no pic on their profile (for reasons known only to themselves) will usually send a pic to an interested person, when requested.

True. I agreed. They do not post a pic because they are hiding something... They even change everything about them... Unfortunately I found out this person  I was trusting him so much.. Now I feel stabbed.. Sad, down, do not know what to think... It made me sad to find out he opened another account with a fake name, fake profile... I had to opened one myself... Not fake, this is me.  To be equal.. But not feel comfortable.. I am just sad...
