I started using an awesome weight loss/energy supplement on Feb. 5 of this year. Not only have I lost all this weight, but have gone from a size 44 to a 38. I can actually wear a size L gym pants. You don't fancy diets, pills. You didn't need those things to put the weight on. August 2011 I weighed 298, Dr said let's talk.about surgery. I'm a stroke surivor, high np, diabetic. My a conscience effort to watch what I ate, when I ate, how much I ate and went to the gym. September 2012 I weighed 215 and as of last week I'm 200. Went from 48 waist to 36, mind over body.

Hello, I have been watching my weight, im at 200 ive lost 30 by watching portion size, did a tea, mango aloe water, and protein shake. Now im at a stand still....ive had cravings lately, I would like to lose 25 ibs. Plz tell me your secret..thanks

Something sounds off in his post. I don't see how he's 185 and a size 38 waist, unless he's really short.
It sounds like your body has adapted to low calories. Do you have any high carb cheat meals at all? If not, have a day where you have a few high carb cheat meals to see if your body doesn't de-adapt to the low calories that you've been on.
Also, do you rebuild muscle tone lost through weight loss to keep your metabolism up? If not, start a moderately heavy(for you) adjustable dumbbell workout twice a week to keep your metabolism up.
Lastly, get sufficient sleep for weight loss.

I lost 85 pound over a year. The first 7 months I lost 60 pounds but since I started college I stopped going to the gym. The rest of it is just diet.

just quit drinking soda. Don't eat fries and sweets or make it once evry two weeks and don't eat more than you need. Eat extra proteins and veggies. Don't eat before sleeping. Be more active.

Well, its simple eat smaller portions and exercise! Half ur plate should have fruits nd veg the other should be staples and protein... Work out 3 times a week half hour each day and you will be fine

so you were loosing about 5-6 lbs a month for 10 months totaling 59 lbs lost since you took the diet pills. You could have save money without taking the diet pill by eating right and at least walking and still would have lost the same amount of weight. Without loosing the average cost of weight loss pills $36 bucks for about 30 pills so you wasted $360 in pills that the majority don't even work.
Still a damn good job though!!!

I love how this thing doesn't let me know I had responses, lol! So I figured I would tell you my story and address a few things. As I said, I weighed 244 last year. My health had spun out of control. I hate admitting this, but here goes. A huge part of why my last girlfriend dumped me was because of my weight. Yea, it's shallow, and of course it hurt.
Unlike a lot of people, I could have b*tched and cried, but if anything, it was my wakeup call. I had tried to cut out the junk food. It didn't help matters that I have battled depression since childhood,so I compensated for my depression by eating.
I knew something had to change, but the ways some of you think that could have helped me don't work for everyone. I did start eating less junk food. I quit those 10 pm snacks. No matter what I did though, I couldn't lose weight.
I had a friend of mine that had been overweight the majority of her life. When we started talking a few years ago, she weighed over 300! In December of 2011, she flew out here for vacation. My jaw dropped when I heard her calling my name at the airport. She was under 140. I wound up asking her numerous questions during her visit and figured since she told me there was a 30-day refund, I had nothing to lose other than a few pounds.
What I used is NOT a diet pill. It is a supplement. There are differences between the two. A diet pill is an alleged miracle pill whose company pretty much markets their product by claiming that it alone will help you to lose weight. Those who use our products will tell you that just by taking our product alone may not help. What it does do is help control your appetite, burn fat, and give you a smooth non-jittery energy. You do need to live a healthy lifestyle, but our supplement is a huge help. I made a video and posted it in another group on here so you can see what it actually did for me.
I know what this product has done for me as well as others. If what we offer didn't help, there is no way in heck our company would have already hit over $60 million in sales this year. As for the money aspect, two things. 1. Had I not found our product, I have zero doubt I would have become a weight-induced diabetic. My mom is one. I would have been spending far more money between doctor visits and meds than what I do now. And obviously, you cannot put a price on god health.
