Not real hockey, I played a game called "broom ball" when stationed in Alaska. It was just a frozen pond, a net on each end, a soccer ball. Each player had a regular old straw broom to hit the ball into the net. Skates were allowed, but not mandatory. Other than that, no rules. It was great fun when I was 25 years old.

To bandit: I grew up on manual transmissions and my current truck is a manual.
Retire? Here where I live now, no better place.

Not going to the Super Bowl in person, probably watch it on a bigscreen at a local sports bar-eating tons of hotwings.
The game is scheduled for Feb 3 in New Orleans. I hoping for Denver vs Atlanta with Atlanta winning.
