Twice. Spread out over a yr.(52 weeks in a yr.), if someone is able to recover from twice a week, I don't see a good reason to just work each bodypart 52 times a yr.(once a wk) rather than 104 times a yr.(twice a wk). Big difference in muscle stimulation there.
