Wow seriously. Ive been divorced 15 years. It rocks. I remember coming home to an empty house the first couple of months kinda depressing but after that? I havnt been single for 15 years because it blows haha

Wow seriously. Ive been divorced 15 years. It rocks. I remember coming home to an empty house the first couple of months kinda depressing but after that? I havnt been single for 15 years because it blows haha
I'm at that point right now. I come home it's empty and I get depressed. I look at the wall where our pics where and I get depressed. It took me over a month to sleep in the bed. I slept on the couch.
But the ones that do return my MSG. All are pin pals and that's it.

Eh it gets easier. Sucks when your kid is caught in it all but it def gets easier but I think that empty feeling stays for a long while at least for me it has. Mainly when I have my kid. ... So to sum up a long story, hang in there hahah it all evens out one way or another. Good times can still be had!

Yes, it can be hard to get back into dating if you were married for a while. Just take it slow and dont rush into anything, and keep in mind that there are a lot of shitheads out there that arnt what they seem to be.

Dating is hard and depending on your interest, it can be obsolete. Nevertheless, socialize and just let it happen. Sometimes you have to broaden your horizon. And that could be anything from the type of places you go to the hobbies you have. Maybe a blue collar worker date a white collar worker. Anything to break the monotony.

The hardest part of dating after my divorce was t finding someone, but trying not to project my hurt & pain from my marriage on to that someone. I did exactly that and ended up hurting a very good woman. I'm glad that she forgave me and her & I are friends now

Babybluez38, I do wish you luck in finding what you want. I do miss a man to snuggle up with, but I don't miss crying alone. It is hard period. It gets easier. I would just prefer a life time with friends to go do things with and keep me busy, than to go through the pain of another failed relationship. Because someone is going to get hurt in the end.
I find just staying busy works fine for me. : )

I was in a common law marriage for 23 years.He had an affair so I packed his stuff in trash bags and told it him it won't be greener on the other side.I am lonely as hell at times,but I know in time I will find that special man.
