It regularly broadcasts Saturday night at 10 central time on NPR. The plays are great.
What's good for writers is that you hear how dialogue works to keep the plot moving, how to score action.
Last week they surprised me with Tennnesse Williams play on an Italian immigrant family, The Rose Tattoo. They explained how non-Italian Williams experienced Italy to come up with his idea and the play was great. The play is still available to hear and it's fabulous.
I've heard Noel Coward Plays, Arthur MIller's Death of a Salesman, and a nice play based on a work by Joyce Carol Oates. There was Ibsen's A Doll House and so many more.
You can actually stream the current play offering anytime. I usually wait for a Saturday night at NPR (either Chicago WBEZ or WNYC).
There is a site for the theater that I fine rather complicated to navigate, it's http://www.latw.org/
So I am not sure what the next play is. Will review it here afterwards.

Sounds interesting, however.
