This is a VERY LARGE animal,larger than both great pyronese on that property.Some breed rescues are very specific and Im not sure where to reach for help and rescue for him.Clearly he is in a lot of pain.Of course no one will claim him,though the cabin where he showed up is in the middle of nowhere with the nearest house a mile down the road.

It appears to be the north american common catfisherman.
Very easy to identify , has a distinctive odor (stink bait) normally found near bodies of water.
