This sour creme pancake mix receipe came from a old friend that lived on a reservation young. You can mix it and keeps up to 3 days out of refrigeration. just add baking soda to recook up after first cook. she got it from an a old wagon hand cook from the late 1800's. they come out thin but sit good and heavy.
SOUR CREME PANCAKES; 1 egg 1 cup flour
3/4 to 1 cup Buttermilk 2 tbsp Sugar
1 dollup of sour creme(to taste) 1 tbsp Baking Soda
1 tbsp Vanilla Sprinkle of Cinnamon
Whisk dry mix and then add wet ingrients. Let batter set 3 minutes. When bubbles form flip cake. For better taste use 100% maple syrup.
