Sorry but it's true I just don't understand people who look Nothing like fit or active at all giving advice to others when they can't even take there own advice.
I mean you can tell she is clearly not in any way in shape or active at all.

I work in. PHYSICAL THERAPY, and as a former body builder, the 1 size fits all diet doesn't work. If you go to my website naturalweightlossthroughscience.weebly.com, It will tell you how to lose weight based on your genetics. You will lose twice as much weight as those on a regular diet. You. Will win hands down.

Start to jog. That alone can make you lose weight quick if you do it diligently and consistently. Aside from that, if you join a gym, get in the treadmill for 45 mintues to either run or jog and then after that do a combination of these
-Plank
-Crunches
-Leg Raises
-Side Raises
Seperately for 3 sets with doing 10-12 reps per set. Do this for 3-4 times a week and you'll should see results by week 5, again if done consistently and diligently. Best of luck to you.....gamer
Dam good advice sir...well written too

Gamer how do u think someone 1 who hasn't done anything is going to run 45mins, better off on a bike or pool, and most trainers end up hurting their clients, with stupid routines, 20. Yrs as a PT, thats the reality of certified trainer's, they really know nothing

40-60+ pounds in a month is way too much weight loss in a month!
People try too hard to lose too much weight way too fast!
that causes yo-yo dieting and fluxuating body weight.

I have been doing personal training for 15 yrs along with being a massage therapist. The key to losing weight is to get your calories low enough that your body thinks it is starving. This means for 2 months drop your calories to 850 total per day. Then on the 1st week of month 3 go up to 1000 calories, 100 more the next week and so on until you are at 1800 calories per day.
ALSO - very important - you MUST drink at least a gallon of water a day. If you going to skip this part, then forget about losing weight.
If you want more info about my crazy diet - look for me - we can chat.
Most of my clients have lost anywhere from 45-65 lbs in a month and have kept it off.
When your body thinks it's starving it try's to store fat dvd burn muscle in order to survive

if your obesely over weight these programs may work but starving your self with these stupid calories only makes your body shut don or find another way, the last thing to go are fat storage, all you certified trainers have no clue what you're talking about if your interested in science based on your genetics go to my web sites, people please don't listen to all these no nothing, not educated in science programs, Kristy Ally a pefect example of a Jenny Craig program of a 1 size does not fit all. Certified trainers in the last 20 yrs of me working in PT send us a lot of patients with injuries, because they really don't know about kineseology, or anatomy, just stupid workout routines. PLS PEOPLE IF YOU ARE SERIOUS ABOUT GETTING WEIGHT OFF, OR KNOWING WHAT SUPPLEMENTS TO TAKE WE HAVE NUTRITIONAL TEST TO TAKE AS WELL

It's not that complicated, bad. People gain fat by overeating. People lose fat by eating clean(which should mean a substantial calorie deficit from before) and exercising.
