I cud blab on and on abt this subject, but, it's not the time/place. Without gettin into a lot of science, explanations, blah, blah, blah. I (& most my fam. struggled w yoyo wt issues) I've tried various diets, fads, etc.
These prob work for some.. Then there's the 90+% that they don't.
Lotta folks have lotta ideas -

2nd - none of that is goin to change. The food u r eatin weather 'low fat, carb, sodium,etc., will not do it if u r a big time porker like I was.
Exercise is really not the answer for most for a lotta reasons - in short it doesn't do enough and most won't stick to it.

HaHa yes actually did, but it's just not my thing. It was all I cud do to refrain from givin the whole Freekin DrJoel talk on the blog.
I just have been around the therapeutic and Eating Disorder field for so long I know how 'fckd' it is so when I heard Joel I knew his stuff was good and has solved my prob for 5 years now w/little effort
