Royce wasn't even the best Gracie.
Bruce Lee, there's no telling, but he did not fight today's level of mixed martial arts talent. He once got owned on the ground and had the person teach him what he could, or so the story goes. they did a comp. an. on bruces reaction time in comparison with the guys of today. he was still faster by far. analized his punching power based his heavy bag, it was equivalent to a modern day heavy weight. kicking power was also way up there. the masters from many different styles(grapplers inc.) said they would not get in the ring with him. he was to fast, to strong, and his knowledge and composer(they watched him in real street fights) were what made him special. he was the strongest in all disciplines(impossible to master them all). still bruce. everyone else is just copying.

I honestly think Bruse would not fair well, in say the UFC. No way to prove anything, no one can. It's all just opinions.
it's valid enough, but what if huh? that i would pay to see for sure. bruce verse aldo.

Well, I know who I like in the UFC. Don't mean they are the best. I follow Spider Anderson Silva and Rush GSP so those two would be definitely be in my top five.

bruce trained actual champions: chuck norris most notably. seagall trained secret service form of akito. even the great gene labelle wouldn't fight him full contact.

that match was fought under genes terms: no striking. be that as it may. when the match was over bruce studied with gene and vice versa. they both became better. gene still wouldn't go full contact though.he said bruce was way to fast, and now he knew how to grapple...

Segall is underrated, but there's no way I would consider him anywhere near the best.

Chuck Norris is a Tung soo do fighter, and is a champion of point sparring, which does not translate well into full-contact. They trained together at the height of Chuck's fame, but Chuck was not Bruce Lee's student.
he was in a way... chuck admitted oncamera that bruce gave him instruction on slight adjustments in stance and approach... in turn bruce also took the idea of incorporating high kicks in his own style... when they first trained together, bruce only used low kicks, but saw the point of being able to go high when needed... not so much student and teacher, but student and student... they learned from each other...

I'm going with Bruce Lee. Seriously, when a guy is so fast that when making his movies he had to slow his punches and kicks down just so the stuntmen could see and react to his actions, i'd say he is pretty dangerous...

The movie had very good reviews
both movies were pretty good though they stretched the truth a bit... there were two movies made of his life.... one produced in china .. the other in america..

Rickson Gracie was suppose to be the best Gracie for his time. Bruce was never exposed to the evolution of what he taught, but had he been then I would say Bruce would have been a very competitive fighter in the MMA scene. Note Bruce uses a bar arm in "Enter the Dragon" opening fight against Douglas Wong. Bruce also trained with submission wrestlers Gene LeBelle, and Larry Hartsel. I don't believe pride setup its fights, I do believe vibrations from the boxing ring did telegraph grapping maneuvars giving the boxer a better chance, so Fedor Emelianko is still in my mind a great for his time. Mintaro Nogeira was the first to utilise a very well rounded game & another great for his time. Anderson Silva made his evolution in MMA, but Chris Weidman proved anyone could be dethroned. So it just depends on the time you pick. Ah hell Tyson & Ali were both greats for their time, but Joe Frazier is still an unsung hero (he beat Ali).
