I hate (really I do) to be the bearer of bad newz but you might az well be hunting for the Easter Bunny or a pot of gold at the end of a rainbow. Read the profiles for our area and you'll see. Itz all about a man impressing a woman...not the other way around (God forbid), by way of what you own, the thickness of your wallet, and your credit score. The women on here in our area (for the most part anyway, not all I admit) want a perverbial "knight in shinning armor" to 'save' them. A man that will work himself to death (for her) and like it....no, love it. A man that drinks a tall glass of STFU every morning. (Stay thirsty my friend.)  yes...I'm cynical. But I've been forced to be this way, not by choice. I only ask for 2 thingz and that seemz to be 2 too many.

I haven't been on this site for very long. If what you guys are saying is true, then this southern girl is in the wrong place. The last thing I want is a man to support me financially. Relationships are a two way street, give and take, 50/50. I'm an honest, hard working, capable, intelligent woman. I'm not saying I don't need a man for anything, certainly I do. However, emotional support, love, honesty, companionship, and a lot more. All of these things I fully expect and want to provide in return, to the right man.
Please don't think all women are gold diggers. There are some of us on here looking for that right person, regardless of his financial status.

Good grief.....you men think you have it hard? There are plenty of women looking for the same and cant find it.
I think the way we look is more realistic......he doesnt have to come in a pretty package with a bow on it.

Why is it that someone chooses to "wait" on a man or a woman? I date. And to be honest I am not sure what "precisely" I want. I know the characteristics I desire. But I have no idea as to the woman who will make me feel the way I desire.....which is my life meshing well with hers and the two of us "getting" each other. I'm not sitting around waiting on her. Nor am I settling for anything other than her. Life isn't meant waiting.....you want the woman of your dreams then you have to be active. Just my thoughts.
