Getting ample amounts of protein, fiber and healthy fat help you to feel full. Relora (magnolia bark) and adaptogenic herbs, like ashwagandha, will help resist stress-eating. Avoid buying from the drugstore or grocery...

Holy basil may be more helpful than the ashwagandha. Look these up and see if any seem appropriate and safe for you.

there are a whole bunch for diabetic type herbs that curb ur apetite. pepper, cinnamon, garlic, and chives. basicly stablize you so u eat less and support ur metabolism so u dont overeat.

I have been training at my local Vision Quest gym and they sell DotFit supplements. I would recommend trying those. Some do not have stimulants in them, have you considered meal replacements?

Best appetite suppressant ever is free. Water. If you exercise and do not consume 8L a day minimum you re definitely doing it wrong. ZERO CALORIES
Second best suppressant (for me) is dried Goji Berries. Boil water and make tea..drink the tea..eat the berries. It is a real stopper for the craving moment. ZERO CALORIES
Third best suppressant is greens. Goji leafs, spinach, mustard, sweet potato, peapod leaves...I can go on and on. For lunch sit and eat a big bowl..I am talking till you cannot put another bite in your mouth....you will not be hungry for many hours and you are not adding many calories...a big bowl has less than 250 calories.

It isn't exactly for this purpose but I'd say Casein Protein does a great job of giving you nutrients and keeping your metabolism active while at the same time reducing appetite.
Its a powder similar to whey protein. The difference is whey protein is a quick-shot protein that your body uses or ditches within a one hour period. Casein protein once you take it in metabolizes very slowly, releasing protein almost like an IV drip over 2-4 hours.
Once mixed with something (milk or water are the most common) it has a very dense texture that leaves you feeling full for a long time. While each brand's make is a little bit different the one I use is about 100 calories per 20g of protein scoop.
So rather than treating it like a supplement (i.e. pill) it would act like a low-cal snack that has good nutrient density and leaves you feeling satiated for a long period of time.

yes there r its called raseberry ketones 12,000 mgs take one before ur meals it really works I lost over 220 pounds now im 130 I use to be 350 but I feel real great I walk over a mile there a mile back twice a day

AI did try sensa for about 6 months, didn't do a thing for me.
I had to find out my trigger foods and quit eating them...after a year those foods don't even appeal to me...I can watch someone eat them and not want even a bite...
deep fried, sugar's , any alcohol etc.
my problem was alcohol, mixers, or even wine...so had to quit all that also.
I also use a soda stream, but it didn't help with the alcohol mixer's. (it was for sure the alcohol). I knew that, just wasn't ready yet.
