*L* when i am quiet it means something is bothering me... of course i have already told the person what i am upset about (calm, cool, collected) but then i need time to think about what i want to do or say... i never say anything in the heat of the moment other than bare facts... once something is said it can't be taken back so the "time out" i give myself allows me to fight in a fare way.
my ex boyfriend said to me "we've never had one fight, ever" and i remember looking at him like he was a crazy man and told him we had several fights. he said those were just difference in opinion... that it wasn't fighting at all... I NEED A CALM, COOL, COLLECTED MAN because i can't handle a temper and in return won't ever show one!!!!

That's awesome. Ever piss someone off because he wants a confrontation and you won't give it to him? I've learned some women are addicted to drama. They want heated arguments and fighting, it makes their lives feel like a live soap opera. If a guy doesn't fight, she'll create chaos and be extremely mean in an effort to piss him off. Maybe some guys are that way too.
