Hi my son, his friends and I are looking for a large boat. We found a few. An older tug in great condition and a trawler. We had looked at sail boats but we are not sailors. Grew up around motor boats. My dad had a marina. So if we got a larger boat, it is going to cost a fortune to run. Well I assume it will. Both boats we found are in the state of Washington. I know more about motoring around the Atlantic. Wonder how much different it will be in the Pacific. Use to live in Seaside Oregon. I know that ocean can get rough. Does anyone know how hard it is to travel the coast of Oregon? Any help will be appreciated. thanks, Lynda

What kinda price range do u have to work with? I'm a tow boat captain and I see boats for sale all over in tha along tha Texas Louisiana coast

And the Pacific is a much more dangerous ocean than the Atlantic to be out on.

at least I enjoyed it) :
