It's more of a stage show than martial arts over all. Yes there are techniques taught and used but over all not really. A lot of the moves and submissions are based on actual martial arts techniques. Most importantly the Break Fall's. I will go into more detail if you want to hit me up directly later on.

Count as what? Are you talking about as a system for fighting?
While many of the techniques may well be effective in the right hands, I'm pretty sure there's a reason why they don't teach pro wrestling as a form of hand to hand combat at either millitary or civilian level.
