yapping dogs.people wont train their dogs, I tried to tell the woman next door how to stop hers from yapping, i told her when they are doing that, go out and swarp them across the back with a broom stick, soon they will put 2 and 2 together, and stop yapping. lol. it works.

Your suggestion to your neighbor irks me more then words can express.
There are only one way to train animals, reward, and punishment, dogs, horses, elephants, tigers, all are trained this way, i didnt tell her to break the dogs back, just tap him on the back enough to feel it. did you ever notice the guy tht walks beside elephants, carrying a stick, well it has a sharp hook on it, and he uses it to control the elephant. sorry you dont like it, but that is the way animals are trained.
