that was ur first fight too, wasn't it... nerves play a big part of it all...
adrenaline start's pumpin and burns up oxygen really fast leaving u gassed... a couple more times in ring and the nerves should subside... than it's all a mental game... and show your opponent the respect he deserves... keep ur hands up... eventually you'll be able to reckognize when to make ur move...

It was my second fight about 5 weeks ago I became severly anemic and had a bacterial infection at the same time so I couldn't do anything so I've done nothing but sit on my couch for 5 weeks and stepped in to fight only cause I didn't want to be the guy to cancel a fight cause i know how it feels to train and then not be able to fight looking back now it wasn't a good idea

Almost the whole duration could've been worse.
Yeah that's true I thought it was cause in the fight i got hit with the hardest straight I've ever felt that snapped my head back and busted my lip but I still ended up winning the round then the second round was iffy and I was losing the 3rd up to that point

Hey man, congrats either way.
It takes some stones to get in there and do it.
If cardio is the issue, you know what to work on. Few people realize how long five minutes really is when you're giving it your all.
Stick with it, much respect!
i agree.... props dude...

Not bad. What weight are you fighting at? How is your speed?
Wrestling! You have been told that I am sure.
Combinations! Practice them while concentrating on using one hand to block as the other is in turn striking. Most all punching requires you to extend and retrieve your arm. Make sure your home position on retrieve is in front of your face.(blocking)
