you can definitely have sex with a pregnant girl, and anyone who says you'll poke the baby's eye out clearly doesn't know how sex works. As long as she's comfortable, it's actually a good thing and towards the end of pregnancy it can stimulate contractions.

With hormone swings pregnancy sex can be pretty intense. You jut gotta be careful about positioning so she's comfortable.
I don't think I'd ever seek a pregnant woman out, but I can't see turning down sex with a pregnant woman JUST on the basis of her pregnancy. (There'd probably be other issues - baby daddy and what not - so I imagine the opportunity would VERY rarely come up other than with your actual significant other)
