I have a fight August 3rd and I'm only like 15 pounds over but I want to do as little as possible to get down to the weight anyone have and tips or secrets to get the weight off fast?

Go on an all meat protien diet that's what our coach makes us do, and keep hydrated and eat something every 3 hours to keep your metabolizum going and just work out no since in cutting corners

But on the meat diet nothing else for two or three days your stomach will be messed up but thts because it's cleaning out your system,

Water weight can be lost thru a plastic body suit....bit make sure u drink Gatorade to replenish the good stuff u need....sauna would work also..try not to pass out...but its super quick...

The lean meats/non-starchy vegetables low carb diet will make you lose the stored muscle sugar(glycogen) and attached water from your muscles in several days. That may be 10 lbs there. For every unit of muscle sugar stored, I think 4 units of water are attached to it. You should still keep your body water hydration level up, as that doesn't interfere with glycogen liquid loss. That's why people on low-carb diets experience fast weight loss during their initial week on those diets - it's glycogen loss. After weigh-in, you can carb up and fill your muscles back up with glycogen.
