When I first posted my profile, I was hopeful that I would find my mate. I know a couple of people who met on an online dating site and are happily married. I thought there just may be hope for me.
After establishing my profile and posting I began to receive responses. ALL THE WRONG RESPONSES. I stopped signing in for a about a week or so. I thought in all fairness I should give it a fair try.
I signed in and amongst the weeds was the most beautiful message. I immediately knew it was something different about him.
I took a chance and responded. After a few exchanges I knew it was time to get personal. I gave him my number. The first time we talked it felt like we had known each other for years. We shared so many things in common. We had even more conversations. The more we engaged each other the closer I felt and the more drawn to him I became.
We took another step...time to meet. He asked me out on our first date. I mean everything about him is a gentleman in every way.
When we laid eyes on each other for the first time you could feel the electricity surging in the room.
We knew...we had found our soul mate. We continued and continue seeing each other but more importantly we share a level of communication and connection that goes so deep.
I wouldn't be surprised if there isn't a wedding down the road.
