Beetleguise was such a classic. I think the biggest eye opener action movie was Predator. Watched that at the theater like 15 times..could not get enough.
I REALLY REALLY RALLY liked "Quigley Down Under" with tom seleck and Snape as the bad cowboy.

Awesome movie! Roger Corman's best and biggest directorial effort in a long time. Jason Patric as Lord Byron and Bridgette Fonda as Mary Shelley and The Late Raul Julia as Victor Frankenstien also the Late Michael Hutchins as Percy Shelley. Marvelous production value and a very underappreciated movie!

here's another: rare> "Dead Heat" 1988 part comedy part horror, some of the early scences look like they were filmed on Melrose, but am not certain. Sorry but I don't think it went to DVD only VHS and I think it was both Vincent Price and Darren McGavin's last film appearance before they departed this realm.

I've heard of that film. The one I mentioned is a couple of years old. It is great for a zombie purist. It's set in Africa. There is talk of a sequel.
I can't stand the new crowd of zombie fans. I've asked some of the younger ones if they've ever seem Romero's original 'Night of the Living Dead'. The response that floors me is, no, it's in black and white.

wait big div I did see the Dead its about an Ameican pilot downed in East Africa as a zombie plague arupts, yes i saw it. It was pretty good, a very different kind of film, with of course a very gruesome ending! worth seeing as he treks from sub saharan Africa north thru the Sahel and finally to North Africa.

I love that movie. The first one really cracks me up. The tar zombie still gives me the creeps. Awesome special effects for that time. No CGI required. The third film blew.

The Return of the Living Dead 2 was a blast! The original is my all time favorite Zombie movie!

Drop Dead Gorgeous- It's not a great film but its' take on beauty pageants and how far some parents will go for their kids to win is hilarious. Will Sasso as the "mentally challenged" son asking "Are we on Cops"? during his dad's interview is freaking funny as hell.

Ummmmm....no. The movie is about a teen who is killed in a chicken race, then comes back to Earth as an Angel to earn his way into Heaven and ends up helping his son (who is a nerd and isn't cool at all).
