Stress eaters. Here are two miracle items that you should know about.
Goji
Chayote
Everyone knows the Chayote fruit....looks like a squash pear and is in most mexican stores. What you may not know is the leaves of the plant itself contain hypertension relief medicinal properties.
Goji is less known in the USA but it is the same as Chayote.
For Chayote take the leaves and boil them and drin the tea it makes..eat the leaves if you like greens.
For Goji do the same. Goji is the easiest to grow and youc an use the stems from the plans to make the tea also. Basically just take a piece of the stem about 4 inches long and stick it in dirt and water it daily. It grows like a weed and in 2 months is about a meter long. Harvest the leaves and take the stem pieces and plant more goji or make tea from it.

Never consume any food item if you do not know the properties of the plant. Many plants are toxic poisons.
Some may be allergic to some of the properties in a plant. Do your research before consuming "unusual" foodstuffs.
