going on four years ago now, my fiance and i met here on DH. i don't just describe her as wonder woman because i'm being a suck up, i do so because she rescued me from tough times in my life and gave me the strength i needed to chin up and be a man again. the day i planned to login and delete/deactivate my account, i looked across the top banner to see locals online and saw a photo of her, bright blue eyes and porcelain skin and insisting i speak to her immediately. i froze when trying to write the message and with absolute fear of being shot down, i did the right thing... i didn't message about her physical attributes or sexuality, i told her a joke. three months after, we'd been chatting, calling, texting and decided one day to finally meet. after an hour long drive, we went to taco bell for dinner silly as it seems for a first date and we've literally lived together since that night. we're an odd couple to others because we're so open about everything with everyone but we wouldn't change it for the world. our anniversary is the day before valentine's day and we're going to celebrate it at the same taco bell, in memory of how we met, as we have every year thus far.

i proposed with a taco bell sauce package.
i was doing some work on the side reflooring my cousin's house... after being gone from noon to 4 am for a week, i took her to the bar for last call with my family and some friends and we had the bar to ourselves (thanks to my cousin) and i proposed with several taco bell sauce packs (we ate at the same taco bell we had our first date at) and they read as follows and in this order... :
