After dating for a while and getting to know each other…two people agree to have a relationship. Now they can tell everybody they’re together (whatever!). Basically they do the same things they do on the “dating phase”. They go out, have fun and enjoy each other company. They only thing that change is there's a label and for me SEX. Other than that is almost the same shit as dating only they have a label and feel more secure about each other’s feelings. This also means: not seeing, dating, or sleeping with anyone else but one person, however this doesn’t have to lead to engagement and marriage.

Hmmm..... Dating basically sucks, just two representatives meeting, lol. As opposed to relationships, when things r real and exclusive on a progressive level

Great topic!
Dating- His point of view; Taking someone out with the hope for eventual sex. No commitment!
Her point of view; Being taken to shows, movies, dinners out, rodeo etc with no sexual obligation implied or intended.
Relationship "Open" His point of view; steady sexual partner, play the field hoping after hope someone hotter comes along.
Her point of view: He shows up when he is drunk, wants sex, or is out of money for professional women ie strippers, escorts.
Exclusive Relationship His point of view; Feelings for her will not cheat unless given the opportunity.
Her point of view; accepts his shortcomings and will not cheat since they are working toward a permanent situation.

Dating means you are doing just that - dating. You aren't committed to the person in any way and you can even date more than one person at a time if you choose to.
Relationship means you have both committed yourselves to one another to only date one another exclusively. If you go out with someone else at that point then you are cheating.
