I've lived in Naugatuck for the past 3 years...moved here from Hayward, CA (Bay Area yea yea!) so I do know what I'm talking about!

It's not a hike... but the boardwalk along the Milford Shore is wonderful. The beach withought all the sand. It's a really nice walk.

I'd like to try hiking at Dean's Ravine in Cornwall/Caanan. I've heard they got a cool waterfalls there, plus, if you keep on hiking you get to a viewpoint on a hill where you have awesome views of the Housantonic River Valley and the Bershires. So Dean's Ravine is on my bucket list now!
